I had a women turn accross in front of me last week so the front driverside of my suby is smashed up and I can only get standard wheels on. So I am little ashamed of the condition of my car at the momment and I don't really want to show my face.

I am still running Pugs on the front until I can get my lift kit and I've been running Bridgestone Bison 906's. There is not problem fitting the tyre on the PUG rimms.

The only trouble with Pug wheels are that it is getting hard to find tyre dealers that can balance them, because they have all upgraded there balancers.

I got my car back, it took a timing belt kit and a water pump. All the bearings where lose and sloppy and one of the belts had about ten teeth chewed off.

I think that I will have to put the Robe trip off for now. Might be ready in May/June. Maybe an overnight fishing trip or something.

Thanks for your advice guys I will just replace the timming belts and w/pump for now.
At least I should have the car back on the road by Monday/Tuesday.

:( I was on way home yesterday the car was running well. I turned a corner and the car just seemed to splutter out like if I ran out of fuel. i still had half a tank, I check all the usual things anyway turn the engine over with the dizzy cap off and found the rotor was not turning. Ran into a young fella in Magill with a white l-series; He had just got back from Robe he had spent five days down there exploring didn't have any trouble.

Well done. I so much wish I could of made it; but I caught a nasty bug which lay me out for a couple of weeks. I am really hangin out for a trip.
