Great shots guys! Any tips on places to visit/camp in the Victorian Alps? (will be driving a standard height and very loaded up GT Forester). We should find our way down there around the 20th of September. We'll be coming from Kozciusko and thinking about heading down the Omeo Highway to Omeo then o...

Excellent.. all the best. That photo is awesome and I bet it will be a sad day. SOLD! It's gone to a good home too, should be going on plenty more adventures with the new owner. Thanks for your words RSR 555, will have to say g'day when we finally make it to Perth. Only a touch over 2 weeks before ...

Go on... buy my old Liberty
Shameless self promotion! Not really but seriously, what do I have to do to move it? Time is ticking as we're off to WA in less than 4 weeks. I don't want to give it away and I think it's way too good to wreck. I know the market determines the value but it has to be worth the asking price... Opinio...

Looks good and the best thing is that it's just non slip fibreglass reinforced poly grid mesh. Used in place of steel grid mesh in most wet areas. I look at it everyday and have never thought of using it like maxtrax.
Could maybe get my hands on a heap of it in yellow...will post back.

Translated from JDM instructions - check out the warnings toward the end. "DO NOT use the DCCD while any of the wheels are in mid air" DRIVER'S CONTROL CENTER DIFF The intent of this mechanism is to adjust the diff lock ratio of the LSD (limited slip differential) as necessary. Adjusting the dial to...

G'day Dane, The charcoal canister filters fuel vapour from the fuel tank - there will be an inlet (from the tank) and a purge outlet to the inlet manifold/intake depending on the set-up. The EJ22 looks like it's got a little pressure valve on the inlet line from the tank, it'll open as fuel in the t...

Thanks fellas. Yeah that was just my dodgy wording Dane. With the QLD rules in mind the only way a 16" would be legal on my Liberty would be if I ran a 215/50/16 tyre... It's not the poo or Q Trans that concern me, it's the insurance... Will probably just drive carefully and go with the 215/65's. No...

Lifted Liberty Tyre Options and Legal Implications
Just trying to choose a new set of tyres for my 16" Forester rims... Now it seems that a few of the Forester guys are running 215/70/16's without any real dramas. Is there any reason that I couldnt get away with this size on the Liberty? I wouldn't mind this size it'll give a little extra height and...

Help Needed - Gen II Liberty Lift
Ok... I have a Gen II Liberty with Outback Struts and Raised King Springs.... Recently after getting sick of the driveshaft angle. and positive camber I set out to install some crossmember blocks from a Outback. The blocks themselves bolted straight in without a drama The problem i'm stuck with now ...

Thanks heaps for the photos AP! Is a block actually fitted between those front rear control arm bushes in the Outback (second photo)? The Outback bushes I have are offset to bring the control arm down by approx 1". I have a feeling that the steering coupling I have been given is from a Gen III Outba...
