The engine and ac is all factory. I have power running out of the harness plug when checked with multimeter to negative wire in plug and body earths. I have an operational fan when wired direct to battery. When I plug in the fan to the loom and the ac running the power disappears and the fan does no...

Tried running car to see what would happen after a period and it just got hot with the second fan failing to cut in. Wouldn't know where u could fin...

1993 L series Air con issue
I have just started to try and sort out my inop a/c issue. The a/c turns on but only blows hot (used to work) so I suspected a gas leak. I had it regassed with dye and it did work but the second fan didn't turn on when the compressor comes on. I have checked and there is no power going to the second...

You could try huggetts crossing just north of Mafra.
Bit of water, bit of camping, bit of bush etc

Looking for 14 inch off road tyres in Melbourne
Hi, Anyone know where you can get 14 inch off road tyres in Melbourne? I have a set of Toyo Open Country which I got in early 2008 but they're starting to wear down now and I don't think Toyo make them anymore. :( Real shame as they are awesome! Having done couple of outback trips, high country, Tas...

Dude, I put 2x 20lt plastic cans on the Rola roof racks with a VERY basic front/back rails rack I knocked up with a cordless drill, hacksaw, some bolts and two pieces of angle steel I found in the garage and an alloy mop handle. Yes the cans did balloon in 45 degrees in the shade heat, but never lea...

A cat is only one part of the equation really. A custom made exhaust system (from heads back) that's port matched is yer best bet, but it all depends on how much you want to spend and what you want to achieve. Of course you have to match it up with an appropriate port matched intake system that flow...

Thanks, I'll try pugwreck, was also told to try caravelle imports as well. The reference to the cracking rims came from a wrecker who dabbles in Subies himself and he always sends speedies to the recyclers due to visible and invisible cracks possibly causing fractures. One bloke he told me about had...

14 inch rims in hobart
Hi all, I will be in Hobart in a few weeks time and am looking to pick up a set of 14 inch rims for 93 L series. Prefer steel, don't mind Peugeot rims. ROH told me they don't sell rims to suit & I've been told Speedy rims tend to crack. Alternatively, anyone know a Peugeot wrecker in Hobart where I ...
