Hey,
Everything has been removed from the driveshaft, except the component (see picture) still attached by a circlip. Any ideas about how to remove this?
Cheers

Camber
Hey all, I did not have any front wheel wear issues until I installed a 2 inch lift kit on my 94 L series (and had a wheel alignment done). Now both front wheels have positive camber, but the outside of the front left (195/65 R14) is wearing significantly faster than the front right. Any suggestions...

Front brake problem - L series wagon
Hi all,
I just finished replacing front wheel bearings on my 1994 ea82 wagon. Put it all back together and went for a drive. However the front right brake pads (and not the left) are rubbing up against the disk. Any help on how to fix this is much appreciated.
Cheers

Front wheel bearings
Hi, One of my front wheel bearings (1994 ea82 L series wagon) is wearing out. However Im not sure which one it is, so I will just replace both (cost is not a problem beacause bearings are fairly cheap). I found a 'photo essay' on how to replace them on the USMB website ( http://www.ultimatesubaru.or...

Damaged plastic timing belt covers
Broke a timing belt on my 1994 L series (EA 82). When I was taking off the plastic timing covers they cracked (both the front and rear, which is bolted to the engine block) so they now need replacing too. Does anyone have an old set lying around, or bolted to an old EA 82 engine?
Cheers

Gregory’s manual is indeed comprehensive; so I'll take your advice Tony and remove radiator and timing covers (also fan, and main and airconditioning belts). I'll let u all know how it goes!
Cheers for the help all.

Hey all,
Just broke front-right timing belt on EA82 L-series wagon
Has anyone else done the same, and if so was it difficult to replace?
Cheers

Destroyed gearbox
Cheers for the advice all!
In response to how the gearbox was 'destroyed': through normal wear and tear, it just started making a few noises and shortly afterwards it packed it in.

Destroyed gearbox
Hi all, This is my 1st post. The gearbox in my 1994 L series wagon just packed-it-in; given that I just started my mid-year university break (thus I have a few spare weeks) and the high cost of my car-servicer replacing it I will attempt to do it myself. I’ve done some work on my Subi before, but no...
