its got a sidewall leak. HOWEVER, I really can't see any damage inside the tyre, see pics The tyre only done a couple hundred k so tread as good as new. bolts you ought to replace with brand new ones anyway. More seriously the steering extension is missing, and thats probably the hardest part. Could use a non-welded uni joint extension, which is what i had on my past l series. or if welded should come with an x-ray result to be compliant I think! A ...

In refering to Fuel cells : http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Fuel_cell still wrong, if you read the wikipedia why still the fur-fie water fuel cell? water is a waste product in the fuel cell, water is neither the energy storage media nor the fuel. sorry I get a bit pedantic about inaccurate description...
