i got around 120,000, then it broke.. in a quite inconvenient location.
So i suggest if your reaching 100,000ks, change it. It will save you a lot of headaches.

Fans should start up once engine reaches 90 something degrees. Easy way to test if they are working is to connect the test plugs under your dash. i think its the green plugs, or could be the black. i can never remember. The first switch you can push it down and move the gear shifter without having to apply pressure on the brake pedal.

as for the second switch, not sure? maybe a pic would help.

i usually just tell them how successful they are in life to be working in an outgoing call centre and how much of an achievement it is.. there is usually a couple seconds pause, then they hang up... every time.
