Nah, dont buy that ESC, its for a plane, and has no heatsink. as for the motor, go straight to the source, hobbyking. get a motor, esc and lipo in one hit. So to Clarify, 2400Kv x 7.4Volts = 17760rpm
Where as ,7300Kv x 7.4Volts = 54020rpm

The 'T' is in relation to the old Turns of wire on a brushed motor, and is irrelevant. The 'KV' is what you need, and is 'Revs per Volt' the higher, the faster.
