This thread has piqued my interest. As the owner of an MY wagon, an L series sedan, a 96 Liberty AND a BRZ I think I may have something to weigh in on. The BRZ uses a different bellhousing pattern than every other Subaru. I'm yet to confirm but I'm suspicious that it could be the same as the Toyota ...

:D given it is some five or six years since Tim V was a regular in here he is still featured in the top posters list on screen - the recent pack of contributors have gotta try a bit harder to nudge him off !! Cheers Jonno, I didn't know I was still up there. I would have figured you guys would have...

Yeah good Alex, what about yourself?
I do lurk here now and then, just don't pipe up often like I used to.

My BRZ is due to be released from the holding yard to the dealership today ;)

I pick mine up later this week. I honestly don't care about this "power problem" everyone speaks of... my current daily is a stock EJ22 with a bad coil pack yet I still have a lot of fun in that. I am looking forward to exceptional road feel, handling and the resulting smile. Plus if the power becom...

How do I not make this sound like a Craigslist post..... You were in a white Brumby with ~3" of lift, mags, ~27 inch tyres driving up Leach Hwy and Tonkin Hwy. I was driving my fiance's Liberty, gen 2 96, green LX model. I was running late to work but slowed down to have a good look. Gave you the th...

Sorry to dig up an old post but I've been told about this thread a few times now so I thought I'd jump back on here and say hello. Andrew pretty much summed it up, in the world of Subaru's I'm not doing much apart from wrecking my RX and fixing up Milo. I don't have much time to spare outside of wor...

Welcome to the dark side. Nice Pajero.... Spanish for what? :D

Currently rebuilding a shorty 40 series LandCruiser (with a difference) and looking at trading the Ford in on a 100 series. I've still got the Subarus though.

Hi all,
Rego is due for this beastie and I have still not sold it. I am asking $1300 now and I will pay 6 months license for it.

Has to go so I can get another project on the go (current projects up to 3 now!)

Iridium plugs are cr4p in a turbo motor. You'll be lucky to see out 10,000km's with them. The iridium tips crack and fall off in turbocharged motors. Use NGK Platinums instead. Unfortunately these are even a little bit more expensive than Iridiums. If you want something nearly as good as Platinums b...

EOI: 87 RX Turbo sedan.

Hi all, It's been a while coming, but now is crunch time for my poor RX. I bought it in November 2007 to use as an economical daily driver, although it did come with an EJ20G fitted. In the time I've owned it it has been relatively economical although it has let me down a couple of times. I have bou...

You're right.... the fellow's name is Roothy and he still owns Milo, although its undergoing a full rebuild at the moment (engine, gearbox, diffs, etc). I don't know this because I buy 4WD Action (formally 4WD Monthly) btw, I work for a company that sponsors Roothy and Milo. MY offroader is the real...
