IMO i think we are already 4-5 degrees cooler than last year at the same time. easiest way i can think of is just wear the clothes you had on or if changing just put on the new duds and go to bed fully clothed. the more layers the warmer you will be!! Old style swags seem to hold heat than the tent ...

thought there were problems as you came through our section of track, about 5k north of deep well. i have video but its not great!!

good luck in future events, looking forward to seeing the beast again next year.

very interesting about the opal as we are heading out that way, what sort of pump?? OPAL = LOL! (unsniffable fuel) HA - just had a kid in Darwin die from the stuff, so much for the federal govt spending $30M on it. pretty much it degrades the rubber bits in your fuel line, not the 'fuel line' itsel...

hi all i have a 92 brumby, ea81 - standard everything ATM.:rolleyes: I had problems using a lot of fuel - solved i think as i put a carbie kit though it and found the boot on the pump assy had split in two places... that explains using 15l/100 while puttin around town!!! not good @$1.69 Lt unfortuna...
