Well thats the thing i dont know where its coming from just you can hear it whine or whistle as you have said. I read somewhere about fixing it with duct tape or something...

When your doing 110 country driving or even 100kmph you can hear a whine as air is 'leaking' in from whhere i can only assume is the door seals, is there any mod you can do to patch up the 'holes'. I remember reading something about this but i cant find where.

In my 1993 GX liberty the front left hand power window motor is almost broken it hardly moves the window. Does anyone have a motor or hell the whole door, Due to a rather dimwitted brother the button is sort of broken the plastic tabs on the door trim that hold the button in place and Ruined snapped...

i think when i topped mine up in my 93 Liberty i used a penrite synthetic one, Just went out and checked the container it was a Penrite manual gear oil 75
