Hi just wondering if anybody has had experience in this area please? IE: if I service my car and follow all OEM recommendations/oil types etc would there be any warranty implications with Subaru if something required it and was not related to servicing.
(I am a qualified Diesel Fitter by trade).

Re: 2022 Forester Battery drain
My troubleshooting of drain was correct, it was the power supply unit for front and rear cameras. They replaced it with an "updated" unit, battery now hangs on after several days. Still down to 12.2 ish but no lower and it starts ok.
The Suby dark current test is easy to do if you suspect a drain..

We decided to get ceramic paint protection as we live rural and its only under a shed roof at night. To date the paint protection works br...

Forester seat covers - canvas or neoprene?
Hi, we recently purchased a new Forester and are thinking of some decent seat covers. We did have light cotton canvas in a previous Suby and they were good but did not fit the contours of the seats that well. So we are looking at neoprene as they supposedly fit much better, however I hear they can b...
