Hi All,

The seller says that this webber 'is jetted for an 1800cc Subaru engine but is to big for that engine'. Is that correct is it to big? or would it just be a tuning/jetting issue? I am having dreams of this on an ea81.

Thanks,
Dave.

Painting interior plastics

Hi All, Didnt know which section to put this in so it ended up here. Have got a centre console from a 84 touring wagon which is beige/brown. Have painted it a dark grey to match the interior of the brumby that I want it to go into. The problem being that the slightest scratch removes the paint ie th...

Wheel arch flares

Hi All,

Want your advice in regards to putting wheel arch flares on my brumby in prep for the 27" tyres I want to put on. Ie whats the best way to attach them and for that matter whats the best way to cut out the front wheel arches so the new tyres don't rub etc etc.

Cheers,
Corax.

Power steering rack seals - HELP!

Hi All, Could someone please tell me where I might be able to purchase a new set of seals for the p/s rack in my brumby? The old 'brake fluid in the p/s fluid trick' didn't work! The leaks are getting worse and the fluid is falling on the exhaust giving every drive that wonderful 'burning oil' exper...

27"x8.5x14 Tyres

Hi All, Im sure that this would have been done in the past but the search engine came back saying that it didn't recognise '27' for some reason. Anywho, is there a list of available 27" tyres (for 14" rims) on this site at all? Preferably with $ and peoples opinion of the tyre? As you may have guess...

Forester diesel

Hi All,

Have been looking at the relatively new Forester (2008+) and have noticed that all the diesel models only come with a manual gearbox ie no autos. Was wondering why this is the case? Surely a decent diesel/auto combo would be very fuel efficient?

Cheers,
Dave.

Wanted : Center caps

Hi All,

Need some centre caps for my brumby which has the 14" speedy desert rats. If you have a complete set that you no longer want/need I'll be more than happy to take them off your hands :D

Dave.

Hi All, Trying to buy some centre caps for my brumby. It has the 'sunraysia type' 14" rims on it but I don't know which specific brand they are. Is there a way to check? They also have a red and green line running around the edge of the rim near the tyre if that helps. The diameter of the centre hol...

Ok, set things up as described in the link and found the car was constantly drawing 23-25 milliamps. Pulled the dash fuses and it made no difference. Managed to trace it through the + terminal to the fuse (?) box located near the battery and up under the dash where the offending wire went into a har...
