Same same 99 Forrie 3 weeks ago. Brake place made one in 10 mins $44. Banjo fitting one end, standard flare fitting other. You'll just need a 10mm flare spanner and other standard sockets/spanners

Perhaps, then, if/when you speak to him next you might ask him to either send the parts or return the money.
Thank you.

OK, so now I'll make it public

I sent some cash to Waggaclint for parts and received various reasons why they did not arrive, now silence for some weeks. Apparently I am not Robinson Crusoe. If anyone knows how to contact him could they please let me know or get him to contact me? Before I say something libelous........ cheers St...

Funny you should mention it!
Just fixed the same fault yesterday. Look at the white connector behind the bumper, I pulled mine apart and cleaned it up. If you push & pull the wires coming out of it you might see the results of the crook connection.

Caltex RPM Borate EP68; a GL5 oil that constantly amazes me and my mechanic friends with it's ability to sort out baulky gearbags, esp. transaxles. Bit exy coz it only comes in 20l drum, but if you can use it or split a drum with others it is well worth the approx $130. You might find some used in t...

Own a BOC170, as big as you can go and stay portable; no complaints. You can't go wrong with Lincoln or WIA. How thick alloy? I looked at it a while back and a welder I spoke to reckoned that 250amps would only get you to about 5-6mm. Alloy soaks up the heat big time!

Could try Caltex RPM Borate EP68. Just put some into a 5 speed which has a crunchy 2 & 3rd gear shift (synchros) and it is improving daily. Only drawback is $130 for 20L (smallest drum available). The experts at the Caltex tech centre, who (unusually) seem to know their stuff, reckon it has cured ma...
