If you bought a strut lift kit then I'm guessing you just get the lift components for the struts only. What car do you have? Any problem with putting in the strut tops one weekend, driving it for a week and then putting in the rest of the blocks and steering coupler? You shouldnt need a cold air intake if you have the factory air filter box. It gets its air from the drivers side fender which is fed from beside the radiator. Remove the intake snorkel that is inside the fender and just leave the airbox as is. You can get equal length headers off ebay for cheap. S...
