hmm... considering the CV joints are only a a couple of years old, I'm holding out hope that its just a bearing... Nah I get it. Its Ironic, cause I went to the oinly plaace open, the servo, looking for a c clamp and he said that he had the same thing on his car, cant remember what it was, not subie. Interesting coincidence... Awesome though, thanks for the tip, change em tomorrow. Ta

quick help with me brakes

Just need a quick tip, how do you compress the cylinder when changing the brake pads on a brumbyu, got new bendix pads and am trying to fit them with no luck, the cylinder doesnt seem to want to depress enough to fit the new pads... what am I doling wrong?

well, its back in the car and, after replacing the dud battery, the brumby is back in the saddle. Thanks again for all your help guys.

So got the welds done today, gonna put it back in tomorrow and hopefully it'll hold up for a while till I can get a newie.

yeah fair enough, I definitely want to replace it, but I need to have it mobile for the move, just to get it to the new place atleast. Thanks again for the help guys, you've been indispensable. Hopefully I'll have th little beast going again by mid week.

so no chance of a resurrection? a bit of welding, a little bash a nd a bit of flat bar wont hold it together for a bit? need to have it mobile soonish as I'm moving and its just parked on the street at the mo.

bugger.. no hope of a resurrection you dont think? Need to atleast get it semi mobile soonish as I'm moving soon and its currently just parked on the street. you think a quick weld, a little bash and a bit o flat bar would hold it in place for a bit?
