you will need to show proof of income anyway , so as long as you make a decent amount you should be fine.
Tenants with young children/babies will be seen as more likely to keep the house clean and less likely to have wild parties

look up gumtree,quokka etc for rentals self-managed by the owners. I rented my place in Wilson to a young couple with no history and they have been fantastic. They know that they will need my good reference in the future. It may also serve you better if you talk to the owners direct rather than thro...

I don't know about the 2010 model but in mine it was a poor excuse for a subwoofer , more like a 6x9 speaker. After sending several emails to the US seller and getting zero replies, I had a go at making my own using a telescopic handle,curtain rod, GPS mounts and foam tubing. All up cost around $25. likely the battery was leaking hydrogen gas, Dolphin torch being waterproof kept the gas inside until the pressure got too much...

My 05 XT is exactly that - 99% onroad with a bit offroad
keep the ride height stock but put on bigger swaybars to improve onroad handling
fit a metal bashplate and youre ready
