N13 Pulsar twin core aluminum radiator will adapt to L series mounts, just need to slightly bend the lip at the top of the support panel to get it to sit forwards.
Hose sizes match EJ.
Twin fans will fit behind, just. Never had then hit, but they sit close.

I usually leave the outside facing seal in, remove the inside facing seal and pack grease into the bearing. Don't forget the basics, your earth return has to equal your +ve.
Don't forget the chassis/gearbox/body earths.
If you are going to run something high current, like a big amp, run its power cables direct to the battery, with a suitable breaker.

Just have to be careful with the always on circuit.
Why the relay? (race car kill switch :) )
It will always draw power = potential flat bat.
Always on should only be a minor current (ma), a small fuse from before the ACC relay or similar would do.

Like Doug mentioned, separate circuits for the main feeds.
1 breaker/relay for ACC, 1 breaker/relay for IGN.
A distribution block after each relay.
Neat and simple.

According to the weber book, yea, you'll get it soon.
A 38 on your motor would work well @6500 rpm.
The 32 peaks @ 5300 rpm, bit more sensible.
