OOPS!! Those late night test drives and torch inspections
will fool you every time. Was just a leak from the power steering pump.

Have just replaced the Crank and Cam seals in Series 2 Lib.
Seems there is still Engine oil leaking from the Crankshaft Seal.
Does anyone know of a "SpeedySleeve" that can be fitted
without removing the crankshaft?
Or any other fix?

Think you're on the wrong track fellas. Has your dash got a switch that says "Auto 4WD" (or similar)? When you activate the dash switch and floor the accelerator, the switch on the peddle box will temporarily activate the 4wd system.(As will using the brakes) My 85 GL Tourer had this feature.
