Quick job of pulling out the old seal and replacing with a new genuine item. I think around $10.00 . Easy job if no idiot has welded the gearshift linkages to tighten them.

Coupe/GLF5 looms are totally different to the Digi looms. Just change the loom, dont waste your time. The 82 had the headlight relay under the bonnet behind the fusable links. The later ones were the round cans near the fuse box under the dash. There are also several other different wires as well. J...

Paid deposit to 4wd systems nearly 10 years ago for 20 Lokka's. Never went ahead back then and money was sent back. Good luck nowadays. Convert to Lib/Foz box and put in a KAZ in the front and a tight RX diff in the rear. Turn 1 wheel on my WRX rally car and all 4 turn together.

I will be there with my 96 import WRX STI. On Sunday both my cars will be available for rides etc. The cost is $5.00 per person for the whole day to cover insurances etc.. This means that you can ride with anyone that has their car out there for the purpose if you ask. If anyone has a GOOD motorbike...

If you have an MY EA71 in the racecar with the EA71 casting in the block near the distributor the bellhousing on yours is a straight swap. So to the driveplate or flywheel. I am interested in your bits off the import if tyey are going. Use the late manifold and put on an L series carby with most of ...

Done a few conversions in MYs and Ls over the years and put them all lengthwise. Modified the seatback mounts and made them slightly more upright to get a bigger tank in. Still leaves room for hay, baby trolleys or tool boxes.

New oil pump kit and also the pump drive, new cam seals and o-rings. Fuchs 15w50 Ultra Lube oil (turbo diesel oil) and filter. Then take for a hard drive ie 2nd at 70km etc. 10 km is always good. We do this at work on a weekly basis. Only ever had to change a couple that had ticked for 18 months.

The 2wd and 4wd disc rears are the same EXCEPT for the rear bolt on hubs. They bolt to the rotor on BOTH. One has the 2wd taper bearings and the 4wd slips over the cv shaft. Only problem is that the new 4wd splined rear hub is so dear new you can buy a whole s/hand setup for less. And before you ask...

Easiest way is to gut your engine bay loom out of the car. Fit the RX loom straight in. Connects up to RX dash loom and all you have to do is splice in the wires beside the drivers seat that go to the fuel pump and t/lights etc.
