Thanks guys, Toonga, I don't have a lift kit mate. I used the Weber aircleaner base as a template, cut it out with a jigsaw leaving enough metal to turn up on the sides. This covered the side gaps on the "hollow" bit. Little bit of spot welding with the old gasless mig, and a bit of "metal" filler. ...

Scoobymines aircleaner modification
