I'm not sure how the Subaru parts system works, but I work in parts for a few other manufacturers and there's usually other ways around it if you can't get a VIN to work. For instance with Nissan imports, if i can't get the jap chassis number to work i'll get the vehicle model code from the build pl...

EA81 Into L Series

Hi all The old ea82 in my L series has given up again. I have a reco'd ea81 lying around that i'd like to put to use. Yes i'm aware it's a step backwards and an EJ would be a better option, but all this car has to do these days is drive me to and from work so this is the route i'm going to take. Wha...

Ok, i've been given advice about what steps to take and the necessary authorities to speak to about getting the return of my money. I'm going to give it 2 days in case there's anyone on here who sees this thread and knows BrennyV (which i'm certain there is), and would like to inform him of what's g...

More than a month ago he told me he had it out and ready to send, and he'd send it that week.

Then at the beginning of this month he told me that he just had to go and get it from someones house.

That's the last i heard. Doesn't add up to me.

Anyone?? As far as i'm concerned now i've been ripped off. I'd like to sort it out on here rather than taking further action but its starting to look like that won't happen. Excuses like "i forgot" or "i'm lazy" just don't cut it after 3 months. It may only be $350 but it pisses me off when i get ta...

Greyhound Freight are good. I've dealt with them a few times now. Just had some wheels for my Nissan delivered by them today. Always quick and efficient to deal with.

Thanks

Will a Brumby bull bar fit an L Series?

Hi guys

Just wondering if a brumby bull bar will fit onto an L series. I have a friend with a couple of unused brumbys on his farm and one has a bullbar he said I can take if it fits!

Cheers

Yeah most manual boost controllers, bleed valves and such, will let the wastegate gradually open. Electronic boost controller, because they are operated by an electronic solenoid can keep the wastegate completely shut until the desired boost level is reached. Which should let you have full boost a l...

BrennyV

Does anyone have any contact details for BrennyV? I deposited $350 into his account more than 2 months ago for some parts and still haven't received them. I understand he seems to be a reputable member on here, but there's a limit to a persons patience before they start to feel they've been ripped o...
