Cheers to all who replied. Gotta love this site, dont even need to post an actual ad and people want to buy you brumby related gear.

Thanks Cam, hope it all goes well for you. Really looking forward to seeing some pics of that engine rebuilt, supremely jealous.

Thanks again all.

One time ad for a non-subscriber?

Hey, I am moving to the UK, so selling off everything. Just sold me beloved Brumby, and am now left with a sports exhaust to sell. Have a gumtree ad up, but figured I would get a lot more exposure here to someone who would actually want it. But alas I am not a subscriber and thus cannot post a new a...

Definitely agree with you there. I've blown up three colder aftermarket switches...plan here was to install another relay to stop the fan current coming through the radiator. current and voltage are different eh ? OK, maybe use the nmewer switch to switch an added by you relay ? Yeh I guess that wa...

Hey guys thought I would chime in on this as I am dealing with similar issues. So I replaced my radiator and one of my electric fans about 6 weeks ago. Thought I might as well replace the thermo switch while I was at it and got the TFS195 as per the Tridon catalogue. This weekend while I was parked ...

i will never ever ever go to Kmart again!!! Third that, it was the Marion lot in SA that lost me. First strike they set my engine bay on fire, accident...maybe, but second strike was replacing my clutch when the problem was the cable. $900 versus $100. I didn't let them have a third strike. Somethi...

Cops might say otherwise, but I feel that nothing is too extreme when you are protecting that which you own, and those that you love (including vehicles in the love part). Provided the measures scale with the aggressors. lol a spud gun to a 10 year old might be too harsh. In all seriousness, I would...

But having a scale model battleship mounted on my roof might raise some eyebrows.
That just sounds absolutely fantastic.

It is bullshit to think the parents would defend their kids 'fun' when they are causing other people grief. Granted, Daveron Park is a long way from Sheidow Park, different mentalities.

Thirded for the chase after with bat. We don't have thieves around our way, but taggers spraying every flat surface they can. We had our power and gas meter boxes tagged one night, and surprisingly I didn't hear it as I am a very light sleeper and the boxes are next to our bedroom window. Lucky for ...

Yeh, I dunno, this didn't even feel hand tight. Maybe I just have a strong grip. The wrench certainly wasnt necessary to get it off. Also replaced the oil filler cap. It looks like it still had the original cap (with some japanese on it), the bugger barely stays on. New one is tight as, I love it. E...

Metal Worker Southern Adelaide

Hey guys and girls, Anyone know of a metal worker/fabricator around the Southern Adelaide area? Someone who will do work for people off the street? Basically I have a boxing bag stand/frame that is exactly the same height as our ceiling. Need to have a section cut out and re-welded so I can assemble...

It would be interesting to know what it is like underneath the tool box. I haven't got a tool box but in that location in the tray (just behind the window) is where my worst rust spot is, and I believe is a bit of a weakspot due to the higher chance of weather getting through the Tonneau cover there.

My old girl has 190k on the odometer at present, with the first 90k spent on a farm as the work horse. Still kicking very strong, no serious work has been needed so far, just clutch and usual other consumables. Cheers guys, I hope y'all not getti...
