Why don't you just replace the rear main seal on the current motor, only takes a good 5-6 hours without a hoist and you will back on your way rather than having to rush the motor rebuild.

From my understanding the lower radiator inlet opening needs to be re-positioned so its faces down so you can get the radiator hose on due to the cam covers getting in the way. The upper radiator outlet could be left as it is, its really a matter of finding the right combinations of hoses to get it ...
