Spray them with silicone spray every time you check your oil (or the status of your oil leak), this stops them drying and 'working'. They last twice or three times as long this way. So the whole inner CV joint off a older Lib with fit onto the shafts of a Brumby. I thought they used different splines, or is it because the early Libs used 3.9 rear diffs they also used 23 spline front shafts? There is definately one combination that works. There is a few that will be keen I reckon,
Bluesteel and his Mates are up for it I think,
I am too, but will come across from the East over the central highlands, raiding trout on the way.

Huge battery and a big alternator.....how many amps were going through the link? Was the battery down a bit?

I melted my links when charging a flat battery, they don't like 70 amps going through them.
