Just found out that when ign 1st turned on fuel pump has power but while running no more power to the fuel pump..im guessing whats happening is that its running on what fuel was pumped up then stalls out but when it stops while ign is on it pumps again(for a sec) and this is what has given me the fa...

I took the air cleaner of and as soon as it died i pump the accellerater and there is fuel still pumping into it and i can still hear the fuel pump pumping,,,definatly no alarm system fitted..has spark and runs but wen it dies unsure if its losing spark as it will just start up again?????i definatly...

gday,its a complete cut,you can pump it all you like and still no go just dies straight away no mater what the revs are(on idle or driving)once it stops you can turn the key again and it will run but only for about 10secs again,all fuses are good and was running sweet before this,,it only sat for a ...

L series keeps stalling out.please help
gday guys i have an L series carby model and i am now having this problem where it keeps stalling after about 10secs of running..This is why i am baffled,it still has fuel so not the pump or carby,,so im guessing electrical but what would let it run for 10secs and then kill power,,have changed coil ...

Gday there,just a thought but have a look at your brake lines while you jack up the front of your car to get full travel ,i know that on the nissan patrols if you take of the swaybar at the front the wheels travel so much more that they rip out the brake lines,,might not be the case with the subi bu...
