My advise would be to leave the holes along and fit the screen with plenty of windsreen mastic. They are origanaly dry fit but that is why they end up rusting around the screen opening. Have you got posotive camber on both sides? I have lowered a couple of brumbys before and their can be a problem.

Maybe I asked the wrong question last post, is it possable to put a lsd in the front of a gen 2 liberty box? Is the front diff the same as the rear ie; does the hemisphere from the rear fit the front?

Just an update. I have changed the stripes on my Brumby, still not sure if it works. Have fitted a 2" lift kit in I bought off ebay, makes all the difference. I have had 3 brumbys now and everyone of them has had a slight amount of positive camber on the front left. I don't know if it is because of damage because there is no obviuos signs. I intend to look at it in more detail when I get time I will let you what I find.
