WTD origanal air cleaner for EA71
I'm after a original air filter to suit a EA71 in my first series Brumby ( 1978 ). Will pay all costs obviously and a reasonable price for the air filter.

Brumby brake question
I have bought a pair of front drilled and slotted rotors for my Brumby, unfortunately I did not realise there where different sizes in the vented discs. The one I have bought are 242mm but the old ones are 230 odd mm, I want use the bigger ones. The question is where is the difference, is the callip...

The number on the box is exactly the same between the Lib and Forester, the wiring harness and pin out is the same also. I am not expert with these things but I was haveing the same trouble with the origanal Liberty box as I am with the forester one so I am geussing it's something else. The problem ...

The numbers on it are, in large letters EL under that is 31711 aa423, under those are a64-000-600 9919. I will take you guys advise as to what will work but I geuss if I could get as close to the org...

1991 liberty TCU (auto computer)
Does anyone have a TCU ( computer for the auto box) to suit a 1991 Liberty awd. I am chasing a shift problem and now am clutching at straws and wont to change the TCU hoping it's that. The computer I have is from a JDM RS liberty but I think any domestic one will do.

I have never seen a pic like that, that shows the exhasut ports, very nice. That would make sense, I couldn't understand why you would go to the trouble of producing those heads and not changing the exhaust ports, but they obviously did. Unfortunatley the EJ in a car would just be too easy and cheap...

I'm not familiar with the EA81S heads, I have seen EA81 heads with a divider in the exhaust port (is the dual port you mean?) and I haven't seen EA81 heads that have intake valves in the middle of the heads (if they exsist I WANT THEM :-) ). There are 2 problems in my view with stock EA81 heads, Sia...

I don't think it is that the ports are siamesed so much as they are restricted in the stock heads. The total size of the port at point the 2 runners join is more than adequate but in between the ports is a water jacket that goes around a head stud hole and this makes a massive restricion, especially...

Hmm, how did you find that pic? I got it ready to post but thought I deleted it because I decided I will post it later. No drama just confused. The dog is my new lab pup and his name is Monty (as in Python). He does look like he wants a to go for a ride but as soon as the car moves he will climb all...

Those flygas and SUB4' heads are nice, but so is a F430 Ferrari;) The difference between 50 and 54KW's is scary, I think the starter motor on my last engine build made more power than that. I am just going to do some mild tweeking on the EA81 and see where it ends up, I'm determend not to get carrie...

I have an EA71 and EA81 so I have both options, either get the dual port (2 exhaust ports) heads for the ea71 or just modify the ea81 heads and use that motor. Like everyone else I'm trying to get most power for the least effort and without chopping up my 1st gen Brumby to put in a ej motor. What do...

Thanks again guys you are a wealth of knowledge. I am confused now, what I ideally would like is the heads that have an exhaust port at the front and the rear of the head ie; 2 seperate exhaust ports. Also I do indeed want to put these heads on an EA81 (but if not I will use a complete ea71) but I a...

Thanks for the info guys. The ones I am after are the ones in the bottom pic (EA62 4 port) Steptoe, if you could check your local bloke I would make worth your while, I wouldn't ask you to do it for nothing. The JDM 4 port EA81 is not one I have heard of, are the port configuration similar to the EA...
