Last weekend I replaced the passenger side rear wheel bearing and the whine was still there. I was convinced that was where the noise was coming from. Yesterday I replaced the drivers side rear bearing and hey presto! a lovely quiet car

Hi, I wonder if you managed to fix the rear end noise. I have a 91 l series with a whine that seems to be coming from the rear passenger side wheel area.
