hey guys been ages yer im gunna rebuild it but would love to know what size jets people are running to see how close mine are to what other people have

and yer was clutch haha all fixed now

Need as much vac line diagrams / photos as possible
Put hitachi back on cant remember how vac lines went

And it's running rich and using heaps of fuel Any suggestions would be helpful

i mean the same size as what xforce system has but swap the 2 mufflers off that to varexs

Back pressure is not really back pressure when it comes to exhausts. Back pressure is just laymans terms for tuned pipes and cylinder scavenging. It relates to pipe size and exhaust gas speed and has nothing to do with the restriction (or lack of restriction) of a rear muffler. A varex in open mode...

has anyone used a varex muffler before becuase im looking at getting some on my h6 lib

i got new leads and plugs cap and button and i also installed a little 2 inch tacho and when it plays up it fluctuates so could that mean the coils gone and thanks toonga i totally forgot about that filter

yer um not sure what size jets bought the carby second hand it came on a ea81 manifold so im guessing there right changed the filters last week
no return line
and yer stock fuel pump

ive got a brumby with a weber on it all ran well then started to surge up hills and more when i put the foot down and sounds like its backfiring or exhuast gas pushing the aircleaner off
any sudgestions of what the problem could be would be awsome

has anyone done a write up on the stud conversion or is it pretty straight forward

hey if the 17 are 4x140 stud pattern ill take them haha i highly doubt they are but worth a try

yer what jets did you use mines running abit rich

i got a xr600r a couple months ago from the next neighbour for a case of beer it runs the timings just out a tooth or so haha and dropped it and cracked the tank but ill fix that ill try and get photos up

gotta love over 3 mill veiws today aswell

yer fan works fine kicks in just over halfway

im leaning towards air atm
coz i droped the coolanr pulled the intake manifold off helicoiled a hole put it all back together then it starts to get hot so im hoping it just air

whats the best way to bleed it alex???

hey i just chaanged gaskets on my inlet manifold of ea81 brumby but now gets hotter than normal at idle but returns back to normal at highway speeds
anyone with any idea please let me know
