What does the 88H mean when they state the size as 185/70 R14 88H.

Redbook shows the 16 inch wheels with 87V.

Hi guys, I have a 1994 Liberty GX with 14" alloys with tyre size 185/70 R14. They're exactly like those in the first picture below.
