Yes i am seriously thinking about taking it up. Although my mates always like to take the 'extreme' route. If i do take it up would be doing a couple of improvements. ie have a decent air cleaner setup. one which includes a snorkel and a inclosed filter, rather than just a pod. Would also like to ch...

Who's taken thier suby up north?

Thinking about doing the whole up the cape trip in May/June sometime. Would be travelling in a group (4-5) cars. They mainly have lifted patrols/cruisers etc. so some offroad tracks would definety be taken. Thinking about taking the Brumby along. My Brumby specs are 2 in lift, springs, 27" nankangs,...

Can't say where the origional conversion was done. i bought a wreck with it all done and transferred it into a new shell. no you don't need to scollape out the top of the dash. a custom fibreglass surround was made that fits the cluster and gets rid of the brumby switches. my car uses basically the ...

Well i finally got of my arse and decided to have a look at my brumby. Found some error codes of the net. Error code 23 faulty mass air flow sensor. Luckily had one spare, so 10mins later it was going strong once again.

Kind of makes me wonder why i didn't just do that in the first place!

My brumby has l-series coil's in rear. seems to handle alright, although is a little bit stiff for beach work. the rear end does seem to float and bounce a bit. but that is probably a result of my driving style (re flat to the boards) Here's a pick of the adapter to fit coilovers at top. my brumby d...

Hadn't really had a chance to look at it yet spent most of the weekend nursing a hang over and getting all the sand and salty mush out of the car. Sand was everywere ended up stripping the whole interior and giving it a full clean out. yeah it probably won't turn out to be too much (i hope) but i te...
