I have checked the tides and it should be low at 12pm, so that's good timing for a day out at the beach I think we are talking about different types of wet... What I mean by wet sand is the stuff you can see a glaze of water o...

Sometimes the wet stuff can be seriosuly dangerous with sink holes and some parts that look hard but are pretty much quick sand, then youre stuck close to water which is shitting bricks material. Ive made this mistake before, following an unlifted ej22 MY down the beach...

Ok.. this is just my opinion but I have found Mud & Snow tyres to be great for dirt/mud driving but pretty useless on the beach. They tend to grab the sand (making great rooster tails) and flick it out and in such causing you to get bogged quicker :( I found that general highway tyres to be the bes...

Rusty coolant pipe, L series
I was just wondering if anyone else has had this problem, and if so how they rectified it. I did do a search on a few forums, but could not find any info on this problem, so please excuse me if this has already been covered. On the right side block section of an EA82 there is a little steel water pi...

Hey all, my name is James and I recently scored an '85 L series wagon for $325, which I will hopefully be getting regoed next week. It is Dual Range manual with 250000kms and full service history. She has been owned by an old guy and looked after pretty well, although she had some rust that I had to...
