How did you do the hydro clutch conversion? I've seen some bad ones. I bought a project which already had it done by welding on a piece onto the L series clutch pedal which then pushed on the master cylinder. Was mis-aligned and hideously heavy. We're now putting that engine/box combo into a Vortex...

The light weight black spring is called a keeper spring, it is only any use for lowered cars with short springs. It enables you to lower the car height while still ensuring the spring remains captive when the wheel is in full droop. Probably not needed in your application unless the platform thread ...

I have recently moved up to Northland in good ol' NZ so it has been a while since I had a skid.

Top old crashed car is a Mitsi Cordia scoop
Most the way down the page on the new car is a Holden Rodeo Ute scoop, but I have doubled the height by folding the bonnet steel to make supports for the scoop to attach to.
