hi all ,hope you had a great xmas .... i have a brumby with a ej22 in it ,which pings under ecceleration to me points to timing being out ,if this is case how do i fix this ? i have had the timing covers off and checked cam timing ,all looks good there ,, how do i adjust ignition timing ? or can kno...

"L" panels on "MY"

hi all ,probally a stupid question ,but has any one tried to fit L series front panels ,gaurds bonnet , on a 'MY' brumby ? i have a bent gaurd on my brumby and it appears L series panels are easier to get then my ones ,,, just a thought .... would make for a unusual looking brumby ... any thoughts ?...

just a quick question for the "my" boys ,,, are all front mudgaurds the same ? single headlight compared to twin headlight ? i had a little accident in my brumby and bent a gaurd no other damage ,its a 90 agqiup ,, thanks in advance ,khanacross

hi guys ,quick question ,,,are the rear struts and springs on a 90liberty wagon the same as a sedan ? im wrecking one with pedders springs and struts and have been asked will they fit ?

it's a single cam engine ,, dont want a dohc because i dont want to modify the chassis.. .. so by that sounds like the wiring will be different ? thanks

hi guys ,as most will know i have a brumby with a ej22 in it ,,this engine is about stuffed ,,needs rebiuld ,,i have been offered a ej25 for a good price and was wondering if it will be a good option eg; low ks,later model easy to source parts now and in future compared to early ej22 ,,,,my question...

hi all ,the ej22 i just fitted to my brumby seems to breath heavy which is causing oil leaks ,if you slowly remove the oil filler cap with the engine running you can feel the pressure pushing against your hand ,since fitting the engine i have done front crank seal ,cam seals ,sump gasket ,rover cove...

yes it does need to be engineered ...did speak to a rta certified engineer before starting the conversion ,he said ej22 into brumby is no worries ,,khanacross

hi all ,just a update ,the engine is in and running well ,been driving it for a couple of days and all is well,, just doing some tidy up stuff,,couple of oil leaks (tappet covers) ect,,tidy up the wiring and im done ,,,i highly recommend this conversion to anyone thinking of doing it ,,its a totally...
