It's making a grinding sound from the front, it seems to be from the drivers side more than than passenger, and the sound progressively worsened. Im not sure what the problem is but here's what ive seen: *The ...

Alot of the baja's use kombi boxes, there stronger and have lower ratios, but if the one you get ain't broke...... The superbug's are best the on road for handling and stopping, you can tell them by the larger windscreen Whatever you do dont get one with a porcshe bodykit and torana tail lights, the...

My brother used to use this forum when he had his bug. Would have all the info you need. http://forums.aussieveedubbers.com/viewforum.php?fid=59 I like the old bugs but not the convertables that arent from factory, they can be pretty messy and poorly sealed, and I think the handling would be pretty ...

If it's turning off over bumps Id check the harness at the back of the headunit, then the earth, power and accessory wires.

As for the rear wires mine run down into the tailgate from the roof, it was already like that when I bought it.

I like the nods, waves and gestures you get from other subaru MY/L owners, reminds me of my driving brothers old vw beetle.

Not saying the owners of newer subies are rude, just theres alot more of them on the road and alot arent that involved in their car.

An ej would be great but I think it's to much hassle for me to do, The donk that's in it only has 225k is quiet and blows no smoke so there still a few years of reliability left (I hope).
