I have a my07 impreza 2.0i and have recently changed the battery. For some reason my parker lights are staying on even when the key is out of the ignition and when I'm driving I have no dash lights or accessory lights. Any ideas what could be wrong or how I could fix it?

My left headlight seems to blow the globe every couple of months. On two occasions the left globe blew and right was fine but the right wouldn't turn on either. Now this morning the left globe has blown again but the right is still on. None of the parkers or the highbeams are affected. Is this a com...
