i put one in without modifying the rails. the timing covers touched both rails, but never had any damage in the 20odd thousand kms it was driven hard

old dive tank, with a regulator works awesome. done and proved. pumps up 35" tyres many times before running out

if the shocks are too long, get the rear shock brackets off a lift kit. problem solved

i lowered my brumby by trimming the bumpstops right down and worked fine.

afterwards i ended up actually modified them by cut and weld

the bush winch, or wheel winch is a waste of money time and effort, and cant discourage enough. we sold them for a while and they where nothing but a pure disaster
