Gen1 Liberty cable penetration thru firewall

Hi Guys, Can anyone tell me the easiest way to get cabling thru the bulkhead from the engine to the cabin? I'm in the process of wiring up my spotlights & foglights to switches in the centre console but I'm b*ggered if I can find a way thru the firewall - best guess so far is in thru the aircon over...

Liberty Gen1 Series 1 vs Series 2

Can anyone tell me the differences between Series 1 & Series 2? And will a Series 2 Radiator Grille fit a Series 1?

Help! I just bought a Liberty wagon and drove it 500km home without any drama's (apart from no 4th gear!). All Good - thanks for the info guys - I asked at the automotive dept at TAFE (where I teach I.T.) and they are willing to train me in the use of the equipment and then let me take it home and do the job. I'll have to do 2 because it has to come out of my 91 first and then I have to degass the imprez...

Aw Fark! Can I get the aircon stuff out in one piece and take it to a degasser? I live in Jindabyne (2 hours from Canberra) and there's no mobile degassers within cooee... or any other ideas...???

How to remove aircon gear without poisoning myself

Hi All - I want to transplant the aircon system from 91 wagon into my 88 non aircon wagon. But how do I de-pressurise it? I'm also going to be fitting EJ20 motor at the same time so I'll use EJ compressor with all the rest being EA system. Any tips anyone?

How's your distributor cap? I replaced my fuel filter & fuel pump before I figured it might be the cap... contacts were badly pitted/corroded. New cap, new car!
