Body lift - any difference between brumby and l series

Hi

Is there any significant difference between the 2" body lift kits for a brumby and an L series wagon? ie will a wagon kit fit a 90 model brumby

Cheers

Had a problem like that in a brumby a couple of years ago and it turned out to be the cv. Shook hell out of itself under acceleration and went away after lifting off the throttle. The problem was intermittent and came and went for a month before I fixed it. Cheers

I went to the wreckers and found a set of 3 gutter mounted tradesmans racks on a hiace. Pulled off the steel bars and swapped them for 40mm alloy box.......looks pretty good. Also got a cheap alloy cage from somewhere and mounted to the back 2 racks and made up a spare wheel carrier to mount between...

gotta admit that i've been sticking my head under wrecked subis for a year now looking for a diff guard.........no luck yet though i have found a davies craig 12" thermo fan and milford barrier mounts, a TJM replaceable bumper bullbar.........all that cost me about $120. I've also found 2 cars with ...

15-20% is a pretty big improvement........for that sort of increase I'd consider shelling out some cash but being the sceptic that I am I'd like to see some hard evidence (like dyno results) rather than seat of the pants..........any chance?

ended up throwing the hankook w401's on. cost 128 each fitted. first impressions are that they're a bit squirmy on the road. the tread blocks are rather large and pretty soft but the tyre guy says that will settle and will stiffen up shortly. haven't taken them off road yet other than a quick scoot ...

hankooks are here http://www.hankooktyre.com.au/V2/products/product_detail.asp?search=pcr&id=1153 not as aggressive as other patterns but to be honest i need it more for road use than mud and rocks. i'm not sure yet whether the studs come standard.........might be useful for clearing people off the ...

thats a good price...bit of bargaining power doesn't go astray....found a guy in brisbane will do nankang for $115 but he also suggested i might look at the hankook w401 as well. It's a winter tread and is only 26" (185R14) but thinking i might give them a go to try to get back a little of my lost p...

Thought you might have meant dunlops but they don't show up on either web-site also, Smoov.......$100- for nankangs seems pretty cheap considering I can't find anyone in Brissie wh...

good alternative to Nankang Super trippers?

just wondering what a good alternative to these is for around the same price. I already have nankangs fitted but find they pick up a fair amount of crap (nails etc) because they are pretty soft. Can't justify cost of BFG's or Coopers and TG wranglers look a little sketchy for the on road stuff. Any ...

RX Turbo box 4 sale

Got a 5spd d/r box for sale (3.7) I haven't run it but apparently has very low K's (bit over 100km). Came out of a car that Jaffa was doing up. I only bought it about a month ago but it's surplus to requirements (turned out cheaper to fix the seals in my old one). Selling for $300 firm Box is locate...
