yeh its an awd box dont no heaps about these boxes other than it had a dif lock button in the centre consol and the front dif splines are bigger.

i have in my possession a 5 speed turbo gearbox out of a 87 vortex with dif lock button. when in the car it selected gears but the motor was already removed had aprox 200000ks on it. just curious on what its worth? as i will be selling it, thanks.

i thought about this with my mcintosh system on my gen4 and read alot about puting a clarion plug in the back but after reading of it killing the headunit i was not to keen to risk. the fm transmitters are ok but can get some interferance and more expensive one doesnt nessisalry mean its guna work b...

they are mono tube with spring rates 9kg front 8kg rear that was recomended by the supplier and damping to suit the track. the rears are simular to gen3- gen4 legacy shocks, and fronts i just went with early impreza wrx as thats the steering nuckle ill be using ther prob same in newer ones. look on ...

recieved my custom coilovers last week, so rears are now fitted, cant do fronts till i convert to wrx steering nuckle when the half cut goes in, just runing a stiff spring with standard strut. with the vortex front towers being diferent bolting orientation to wrx/liberty and wanting camber adjustmen...

couldnt tell ya if its using water yet it will be taken out for one track day before the jdm 95 wrx driveline is fitted. get a feel for the car before i double the hp : p and then some hehe
