got a test light? just test the plug out of the back of the headlight, first with low-beams on, then highbeam. (the one that didnt light up the first time but did the second time BINGO highbeam :-))

and from memory i think its the top wire of the three (but dont hold that to me)

have replaced the indicator stem on the steering coloum with one from the wreckers.. still nothing

its really starting to do my head in, i think i should just finish fixing it up and when all finished take it to an auto-electrician

just the Subaru REX (not WRX) but very rare to find in Aus.

or try the Suzuki Alto (easily buy halfcuts from importers) which is a 3cly turbo

not too much room in the Sherpa enginebay tho
