Cheers. Can the screen be removed without breaking it? I've seen it done when its getting replaced and the fitter just bashed the hell out of it from the inside. Procedure? remove trim, then cut out sealer?

Yeah I'll look into some 504 wheels but your right they're fugly - where could I get more info on superlites? any reputable wheel/tyre shop?

Does anyone on this forum run scorpion 14" wheels? I'm looking into some but they are bloody expensive, but it seems they would be the best option for an unlifted wagon?

yeah like everyone said that beat me to it... hub adapters 4x140 studs on one side, 5x100 studs on the other side bolt one side to the hub and the other side to the wheel also spaces the wheels out by about 20mm or so cheers ;) Oh yeah sounds good. Did ya have to modify the guards much so they dont...

yeah I think i'll use a mixed bag of both series 1 & 2 switchgear. Too make things even more complicated the donor car has air suspension and its all connected into the loom for the car but its all being slowly sorted out. I'll get there.

Thanks for that wrx_nut. Yeah it will be a bit harder for me aswell because my wagon is a series 2 ('87) where as the donor car is '85 so the headlights, wipers, indicators etc switchgear is different meaning extra work in joining it all together. Or maybe I could use the series 1 switchgear? anyone...

I enquired at the local subaru experts (R&C) about this some time ago...basically said if its a early jap import motor don't touch it unless really really sure. reason being that the gasket is asbestos based, of course new ones are nowhere near as good. Could explain why motor survived much overhea...

Hi 90subiewgn i got a 90 wagon and it has the threaded hole and i got 27" super trippers on my 14" spare It fits in nicely i used a bolt from the front suspension can't remender which one it is tho but the length is perfect don't need to cut it at all. Jan cant seem to find a threaded hole in my 87...
