hey guys got a mate to grab me a dip stick for my manual gearbox in my 91 l series (found out yesterday mine was missing) from the wreckers he brought me back a stick prob only 4 inchs long from same type of car but failed to check if it was auto or manual i have no clue if its the rite one? any ide...

got the maxxis bighorn on my l series $110 each fitted they aint that chunky, but nice and quiet at highway speeds.
had her on the beach on the coorong few weeks back with no worries apart fron scrapping on the front (i need lift kit!) and speedo's out aswell.

fuel gauge doesnt work on my 91 l series
every now and then when its full it will go up to 1/4 and back....
i suspect its prob the sender not the gauge?

Is this a common thing?
