Steady on its during the day and people work haha. Give it 24 hours. You can get this stuff that cleans up headlights, i can't remember what its called but Taza used it on his Foz and it cleaned them up nicely. Check out Repco or supercheap for some sort of headlight cleaner. Edit: http://ausubaru.c...

Hey guys i have a really annoying intermittent problem (although, fairly frequent). Its kinda hard to explain, but its mostly apparent in 1st and 2nd gear. Usually very apparent when driving slowly through car parks and such, going over speed humps etc. Has the feel of the car needing to be changed...

JDM 4 pots on Outback
Hi, I will be putting some JDM 4 pots on my Outback and they are a simple bolt on affair, however I am unsure about whether I need to replace the brake master cylinder/ brake booster with the matching JDM gear? I have the gear however will it affect my hill holder and pedal feel by changing it? I li...

If you remove your ABS pump it'll fit perfect. That was the issue I had with fitting an sc14 to my forester. I reckon the ej25 has.heaps of grunt, over the 2.0l anyway. I had.it mounted just it hit the.abs pump and I wasn't prepared to remove it. Instead I'm dropping in an ej25 with a few.mods. ABS...

I have a gen 3 outback. I used a single din stereo and filled the gap with a single din pocket that can be found at any supercheap. Was simple and all screwed straight in. The edges arent perfect looks wise but everythings in without any gaps etc. Another name for the adaptor plug you will need is a...

Where in Perth is good to get a tune? Whats it usually cost? And what exhaust bits does everyone do? I like it being quiet, but if its killing performance.... I'd probably go the option that results in the least detonation. I find it strange that you have detonation issues with any fuel. With out L series EA82 we would run on just unleaded 91 without an issue, no detonation. And found that it would run better on 95 and 98 respectively. Surprising that you...

Running without sway bars onroad is illegal so do so at your own risk. However offroad disconnecting the sway bars will have a large affect on articulation, therefore lessening the occurance of diagonal spin. When going on fairly decent offroad trips you could consider unbolting the ends of the sway...

Have you considered a h6 lib/outback? Have some decent poke to them and are a very luxury car. Imo you would regret going anything less powerful than a h6 after being used to a v8. Otherwise you might end up like someone i know who went from a v6 holden ute 6sp manual to a 5sp greatwall x240 2.4l pe...

They come with 16" outback rims in them (paint is in bad condition) with a Forester steelie for the...

Coming from someone who has an SF, DO NOT GET one! The 2.0l motor is a gutless POS and wrecks a truely good car! Although if you plan on lowering it, the low range gearset in it is more than 2 and a bit times better and all round the car is better as an offroader. However as said the 2.0l motor is g...

As for the sizes you were talking about David, is that the wire gauge? Because the earth wire supplied in the wiring kit is 18 AWG, a lot smaller than the 12v power. The actual earth length is roughly 250mm. Also how you were talking about the 16 AWG stereo power melting, is it possibly is has also...
