I am not on facebook and not in a real hurry to change that.
Could someone send him a message?
All i need is his mobile number and a heads up on when he will be back in town.

Could be script kiddie, someone spoofing their IP or using a anonomous proxy in .cn for shits and giggles. Update your anti viri and malware scanners, take your machine offline and do a full system scan. If you can scan in safe mode even better. If you have been using the same password for a while, ...

My old mans brumby had this same issue once the engine had been put back in after replacing welch plugs. Whether there was a vac hose put back wrong or not who knows, but the culprit was a little 2 or 3 way valve visible next to the right hand side of the aircleaner box. It is black, about the circu...

Hmm.

I thought by upgrading to an ej engine you used an ej clutch, even if mated to a L series trans.

Do i have more reading to do?

If you have an rs turbo engine and l series trans you would be looking for a rs turbo clutch i reckon.

Since you are in w.a. i would shoot paul from rsr performance a pm or perhaps just get him to do it this time round and learn a few things for next time round.

An L series is not a 4wd in the traditional sense. It is a front wheel drive passenger car with 4wd ability. A body and suspension lift and a rear lsd diff makes the vehicle a bit more versatile, but it will still be a passenger car first and a 4wd second. Does a passenger car with 4wd ability meet ...

Stick to the EJ alternator.
The power output ability is worth it rather than cutting corners.
Someone will correct me if i am talking crap.

I have a T40 Torx socket bit.
Repco part number: CR-V RT22222
It's a hollow head bit though.
I think we bought it for when we were working on a volvo.
Sounds like you need solid head version.

EDIT: also sounds like i should read the thread properly :D

I would hazzard a guess that this may be possible using a raspberry pi, or beagle board and arduino combo.
I have 2 raspberry pi's but i am not a coder, nor do i really have the time to learn atm.

Funny thread.

One thing i did find that helps is taking the dizzy apart and make sure the weights are free to flow and not covered in surface rust.

Aside from that, i like how my L gives me a bit of tappet noise when she needs new oil :D

What gearboxes does it suit?
