Hey Rsr 555 the suzuki transfer only broke cause I solid mounted it. I was bouncing it up a hill and it went bang cracked the case and locked in gear. Fixed the problem with new crossmember/gearbox mounts and better drive shaft angles.

No goes fine with the duel transfer cases it's got loads of gearing which makes up got lack of power. Thinking about crawler gears for the suzuki transfer possibly down the track.

Yeah the guards have been cut since that pic. When I adjusted the suspension and fitted softer springs the tyres started to eat the gaurds. So out came the grinder lol.

Do you know if there are any cracks on the spokes? I had a set of these and each one had at least one spoke cracked.

I enjoyed building it and that was part of the fun. But I don't really have the time or money to enjoy it. If I had a car trailer it would be a different story, but having to tow it to drive it anywhere and pay trailer hire and extra fuel just makes it an expensive exercise. It will be sad to see it...
