When I was a paramedic and rescue technician supportingthe USAF & United States Space Command here in Australian (Woomera SA) in 1994, when attending a vehicle accdent and extracating a casualty, one of the USAF boys handed me a leatherman tool to use cutting the guy out of the rollover wrecked car....

The cheapest & most effective product I've used is acetone, bloody brilliant.
