EJ22 into My VW BAJA

Hi
We are in the middle of replacing my EA81 in my Baja with a EJ22.

We have the motor in for its first fit up and have the wiring just about done.

here's a photo of the engine sitting in place.

We have been there for the last three Easters, the camping area is great and the tracks vary from easy to very hard and if there has been rain around there is good mud areas aswell. On my 86 leone the flasher was built in to the indicator arm, mine was playing up real bad checked the gregorys. So off to the wreckers replaced the whole unit all good again.

The pump I am using on the ea81 came of a L series with a ea82 motor in it.

so should be ok.

Hi

I am using the fuel pump of a L series on my EA81 with a Webber, Have been doing so for nearly 2 years on and off road use with no problems.
