As I tear into bits'n'pieces of my project Brumby, bloody glad I did not just get in and drive it.The bodgy brothers have been working on it. I got it as a lame Brumby, hobbled by what a qualified tradesman did to resurrect it in a dealership of all places ! I found a mess, mistakes in what appeare...

I've sent you an SMS mate.

Also, it has power steering and air con (which needs the front radiator (condenser?) thing and the receiver dryer) but I have most of the hoses I think.

EOI: Lifted EJ22 RX Turbo

Hi all, I regret to say I'm thinking about selling my big rig :( We're accumulating too many cars at our place now, and with another project on the way I'm probably just not going to have the time or money to keep building her up. http://ausubaru.com.au/showthread.php?t=23366&highlight=thor This is ...

Sort of, I bought a kit second hand for the Brumby from a bloke in NSW, missing the steering extension and a few blocks but it was cheap so I'm not too worried.

Haven't looked any further into the Foz lift yet though.

RX Turbo Rear Drive Setup

Righto people, this isn't mine so sorry if this is considered "advertising" or whatever, but I can't afford it at the moment and I'd hate to see it go to waste. http://www.gumtree.com.au/s-ad/burnside/brakes-suspension/rx-turbo-subaru-diff/1046034133 This is a rear LSD + disc brakes etc from an RX T...

I have a carb and intake manifold off an EA81 in my shed, only done about 80,000km as far as I know. I'd have to check it out first to make sure it isn't a dud though. It's of no use to me at the moment and I will probably only be running EJ setups from here on in so I'll have a rummage and let you ...

Here here, I wouldn't mind a few identical to the ones on rubyscoo's windscreen too if they can be made up :)

I checked our new one, don't know where it came from though, my cousin (lives in Toowoomba actually) got it for me. It has 2 numbers on it, 8910A and RXA036.

Hope that helps.

Cheers,
Tom.

Rust around the window frame is pretty normal on this model, so best to get to it asap before it spreads too badly. As for the fuel pump, have a look on fleabay for a new one if you find that it is the pump Already had some experience with windscreen rust unfortunately, so it shouldn't be too big o...

As far as I know the EA82T setups we had did not have a centre diff, but had a rear LSD. I have an RX Turbo with an EJ22 but the stock 5sp DR box out of it and rear LSD.

Don't know if that helps.

Cheers,
Tom.

Also, if you can find them - key word being IF - put an LSD and a rear disc brake setup on her.

Cheers,
Tom.
