fuel is black smoke and oil is white smoke...so is water in the motor......check stem seals by the following....rev the engine then back off and rev it right away agian..mite take a couple of times but if it blows smoke and then settles on idle quickly then the stem seals are gone....if its rings it...

just poped outside out of boredom and checked it...you were spot on,it was the plug not hocked up the right way and the pins contacted the metal flap and earthed out....thanks for the lead

yeah i do....problem only just happened but i,ll check the plug as the car was repaired in a shop after a rear ender and a loose wire is possible

it should still start or try to...did you use the arrow on the crank pully couse if you did your way out..the right timming mark in on the little teeth at the back of that pully.the no spart sounds more like an earth problem.check that you dont have an eaqrth wire off.

on my 91 lib the left blinker seems to be powering up and staying on but only with lights on.once i turn the lights off the blinker comes good and works fine.anyone had this problem or thinks they mite have an idea i can look at.

i have done a few now and its really a custom job...i make up a facia and cover it or paint it and fit the pocket....not hard but fidly

mainly very very heavy fuel usage,down on power,off on response but mostly the fuel to the piont you can smell it real bad on idle but if you put your foot down it pours out fuel smoke.....be lucky to get 200k,s a tank

is there any differance between the sensor in a EJ22 and a EJ20T????i need to put back the 02 sensor behind the turbo that someone took out and i,m not sure if they are all the same or not
